Remaining of a Floodgate at the End of a Bridge across the Kita-jikken River
This picture shows the south end of Tobu Kameido Line’s bridge across the Kita-jikken River. A web page says that the stones are remaining of an old floodgate. When the water in the river increased, plates were installed in the grooves.
The sign on the stone tells not to enter the track.
