Construction Vehicles beside Chitose-Karasuyama Railroad Crossing No.4 in January 2023

On the other side of the crossing, Keio will build an elevated railroad for a grade separation. I don't know if the construction vehicles in this photo are for that purpose. After houses in the vicinity were demolished to make way for the grade separation, there was also work to build new houses.
