Temporary Fix after Retaining Wall Collapsed beside Setagaya-dori
A retaining wall covering the surface of a steep slope collapsed here in February 2023. This photo was taken two months after the accident. A temporary fix was put in place with sandbags, but it doesn't look very safe.
