New Road Built on the South Side of Shitte-Kurokawa-doro in January 2023: 3
In front of these houses there is a small road, which runs parallel to the new road. A fence has been built to separate it from the new road. It seemed that the small road would not be absorbed into the new road, but would remain as an access road to the houses in the area.
