Two JAL Planes Heading to Haneda
Taken near construction site of Hachiman-yama Metropolitan Apartment Complex. The plane above was going to land at A-runway of Haneda, and the other one was going to land at C-runway. They were about 8km away.
Both of two were specially painted planes. Since there have not been many specially painted planes, it is possible to identify them though their details are hard to see.
The plane above is B767 JA656J. It was specially painted as a part of Japan Cultural Expo project organized by the Agency for Cultural Affairs.
The plane below is B737 JA329J “JOMON Jet.” The campaign was launched when the Jomon ruins in Hokkaido and northern Tohoku were registered as a World Heritage Site.
