JR Chuo Line E233 Series Train and 209 Series Train Passing Each Other at the West of Nakano Station 6
The name of the pedestrian bridge where I took this photo is “Kakoi-Momozono-Kosenkyo.” Kakoi is the old name of the area on the north side of the railroad (Kakoi-cho), and Momozono is the old name of the area on the south side (Momozono-cho). Kosenkyo means a bridge across railroad tracks. Now whole area around here is called “Nakano,” but the old names remain here and there. The construction work beside the track is called “Redevelopment project at the west area of Kakoi-cho.”
