A Tokyu bus is on Futako-bashi. The Tama River is on the prefectural border between Tokyo and Kanagawa, and there are not many bus routes that cross it, so we don't often see buses running on the bridge. It seems that no passengers were on board the bus, so it was likely a bus that had departed from Takatsu Depot and was on its way to begin a trip from Futako-tamagawa Station.
