Temporary Bridge for Hyogo-bashi Replacement Work in May 2022

This photo was taken in May 2022. It looks like the temporary bridge was almost ready, but it had not been open yet. On November 23, 2022, the old Hyogo Bridge was closed and replaced with this temporary bridge.
