Buildings at the West of JR Nakano Station

The black building is NTT Dokomo Nakano. The white building is Nakano Central Park South. The next building is owned by Meiji University. Those buildings are not included in Nakano re-development. The cranes at their bottom were building three high-rise apartment buildings and a commercial complex.
