Keio 5000 Series at the West of Daita-bashi Station 5
When the seats are rotated to face the direction of travel for reserved seating mode, they are rotated in groups of two. Normally 5000 series cars have six seats in a row. The line makes three rows of forward-facing seats in reserved seating mode.
However, there are three seats at each end of the carriage, which is not divisible by two, so the seats do not rotate and remain facing away from the window.
Anyway, the inside of the car is not visible in this photo, unfortunately.
