South Entrance of Ring Road No.5 Bypass under Construction 2

Up until around 2017, there was a crosswalk where the pedestrian bridge is being built. It was removed to make the entrance of the bypass. It seems that the pedestrian bridge was built as an alternative route to the crosswalk.
