Crossing at the South End of Noborito-rikkyo in April 2022: 3

The lower halves of the traffic signals which would show arrow lights, were hidden by yellow covers at that time. According to Google Street View, the covers were removed between May and July 2022, probably when the old bridge was closed for renovation and all traffic was diverted via the new bridge in June 2022.
