Seibu 6000 Series Train at the South of Tokyu Jiyu-ga-oka Station 4

The vertical windows next to the doors are on the door pockets. You may notice that inside the car is not visible through those windows. They were sealed up. The first five aluminum-body 6000 series had the door-pocket windows, then, Seibu decided to remove them. Seibu 6000 series cars manufactured after them do not have windows at that position.
