Bridge at JR Nanbu Line Railroad Crossing

There is a stream, most likely an old agricultural canal, along JR Nanbu Line track here. So, this small railroad crossing has a bridge.

 

The road sign tells automobiles may not enter this section, but it seems physically impossible anyway.
