Tokyu Ikegami Line Nagahara Station
Tokyu is currently carrying out “Ki-ni-naru Renewal” project to renovate some of Ikegami Line stations into new station buildings that make extensive use of wood. ("Ki-ni-naru" can be read in two ways in Japanese: "to be interested” and “to become wood”.) Nagahara Station is the third station updated in the renewal project. Its renewal work finished in 2021 December, seven months before I took this photo.
The first station updated in the project was Togoshi-ginza. It is shown in “Tokyu Ikegami Line Togoshi-ginza Station 2.”
