Bottom of Yamate-dori Overpass at Yoyogi-hachiman in 2022 February

During construction at Yoyogi-Hachiman Station, these overhead wires were protected with yellow covers. The covers were removed in early 2021. It appears that some of the cables have gray covers. Maybe they are too close to the bottom of the iron overpass.
