Traffic Signal of “Shinagawa City Office” Crossing under Elevated Railroad of Tokyu Oimachi Line

Usually, arrow signal lights are attached under the green/yellow/red lights. However, being under the elevated railroad, there was not enough space under the traffic signal. So, arrow signal light is attached on the right side of the signal.

 

The building beyond the traffic signal is Shinagawa City Office.
