Kawasaki River Port Floodgate
I saw a floodgate standing along the Tama River through a window of a train on Keikyu Daishi Line. So, I came here on the way back.
It is called “Kawasaki River Port Floodgate.” It was built in 1928. The objects on the top are statues of baskets full of fruits such as pears, peaches and grapes. They were well-known local products of Kawasaki those days.
