It looks like the building at the left edge of “Construction Site of New Station at the North of Shinagawa Station” was dismantled. It was taken on a crossing of Route 15 in 2018 February. Many buildings along Route 15 were dismantled. According to Google Street View, the two brown buildings and a white building with a big blue sign behind the yellow pile driver exist in 2023 September.
