View at the Eastern End of Yutaka Tunnel 3

There is a road sign covered with black sheet on the left side of the road. Google Street View photos taken in 2023 October shows that an access road being built on the left side of the road, and it will be merged to this road at the road sign. When the access road opens, the cover on the sign will be removed to tell drivers not to enter the access road.
