JR Chuo-Sobu Line E231 Series Train Arriving at Ocha-no-mizu Station
Taken on Hijiri-bashi.
The tree near the right edge of this photo has a rope with some decoration. The rope is “Shimenawa.” It usually means it is something related to Shrine. According to the internet, there used to be a shrine at that spot, and it was moved to build the railroad in 1931. The tree is also shown in “Hijiri-bashi Crossing and Awaji-zaka” behind a traffic signal.
