Where the Hirase River Flows into the Tama River 2

There are some facilities near the lower left corner of this photo. The object with some spikes is a fence at an end of a rubber weir. The object with some pipes is the water inlet of Hirase River Purifiation Plant. When Hirase River Purification Plant was active, the rubber weir was inflated to make the water of the river flow into the inlet.
