Tokyo Monorail 10000 Series Train and Shutoko No.1 in 2021 April: 7
Some windows are slightly open. It should be for ventilation as countermeasure against COVID-19. I did not know windows of Tokyo Monorail trains are openable. Information on the web says that 1000 series train did not have openable windows, but some windows were changed to openable in 2010’s as emergency ventilation during power outages.
