The intersection is called “Matsumi-zaka.” Since there is another slope on the other side of the crossing, it is not certain which slope is Matsumi-zaka. According to the internet, a café on the left side of this road got popular recently because it appeared in a TV drama in the second half of 2022. This photo was taken one year and a half before it. Near the café, there was a studio where a band called Fishmans made albums “Kūchū Camp,” “Long Season,” and “Uchū Nippon Setagaya.”
