Route 409 near Kawasaki-daishi Station
The road has wide sidewalks at the east of Route 15. There is a plan to make a shutoko (metropolitan expressway). It seems that Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and Shutoko Company reserved the space for the expressway.
According to Google Street View, the red and white temporary fence was replaced by temporary guardrails before 2021 October.
