The new route to land at Haneda Airport is above Oimachi. Since Oimachi is close to Haneda, the noise is much bigger than Shibuya or Shinjuku.
Sporu Shinagawa Oimachi opened in 2018 as a limited-time sports entertainment facility for three years. It was closed in 2021 August. Currently two tall buildings of JR East and a new building of Shinagawa Ward Office are planned in the site.
