The closer one is Park City Musashi-koyama the Tower. The other is City Tower Musashi-koyama. It was under construction at that time. The building opened in 2021 June.
Information on the web says that three other high-rise apartment buildings are planned. It seems that the buildings in the right half of this photo will be replaced by the third building.
