Yamanote Line E235 Series Trains under Shutoko No.4

The name plate on the wall under the Yamanote track says “Yamanote Line (18) Ura-sando Railroad Bridge.” Ura-sando means “backside approach to a shrine.” It is a road between Meiji Shrine and outer gardens of Meiji Shrine. The number 18 seems to mean it is the eighteenth bridge from Shinagawa.
