Kita-sando Crossing, Shutoko No.4, and JR Chuo Line 209 Series Train

JR East is planning to add two green (first class) cars to each train of Chuo Rapid Line. In 2019, two 209 series trains were moved from Joban Line for substitutions while Chuo Line trains would become inactive for the extension. The train in this photo was one of them.
