Opium Poppy and Persian Poppy Flowers in Tokyo Metropolitan Medical Plants Garden

It looks like some kinds of poppies are shown in this photo. They have various leaves. The red flowers close to me has a plate, which tells it is Persian poppy.

 

The pale green double fence beyond the plant surrounds the field. The outer fence is opened during May, the flower season of the poppies. This photo was taken through the inner fence.
