Path under Shinkansen Track in Yurakucho

This path exists just before an exit of Yurakucho Station. So this place is kept clean.

 

I have heard that there are paths and shops in the space under the elevated railroad of JR tracks in Yurakucho. Some are like dungeons. Unfortunately, I have not had any chance to find such a place yet.
