View at the East of Tokyu Meguro Line Okusawa Station in 2020 June

Two things were being built in Okusawa Station: platform extension for eight-car operation and adding a track for an express train to pass the station while a local train is stopping at the station. It looks like those support beside the track was part of temporary platform used during the construction.

 

The train on a storage track was a Tokyu 3000 series.
