Barges with Cranes on the Tsurumi River in 2020 January: 2

Taken downstream side of Sueyoshi-bashi. A barge with a crane existed on each side of the bridge. Fence existed on the riverbank. Entering the area was not allowed due to the bridge reconstruction work.
