Shutoko Central Circular Hirai-ohashi Entrance

Hirai-ohashi is a bridge across the Nakagawa River and the Arakawa River. A shutoko (metropolitan expressway) entrance is connected at the middle of the bridge, and the entrance is called “Hirahi-ohashi Entrance.”
