Big Pikachu at Nihonmaru Memorial Park in Pikachu Outbreak 2019
It seems that there were at least three big pikachus in 2019. This one was in Nihon-maru Memorial Park. Another one was in front of Red Bricks Warehouse. Information on the web says that there was another one in front of Sakuragi-cho Station.
