Bottom of Tokyo Sky Tree in Semtember 2010

“Bottom of Tokyo Sky Tree” was taken at the end of 2009. The bottom part was not changed much during the nine month. They added the sign board to tell the current height, and some structure on the roof of the bottommost part.
