Namihei, Katsuo, Wakame, and Fune in 2019 September

A photo taken in 2012 April is shown in “Namihei, Katsuo, Wakame and Fune.” It seems they look the same after the seven years. The center line on the road behind them changed from white to yellow. White continuous center line means that going over it is not allowed at any time. It appears only where the road is wide enough (at least 6m wide for each direction). Yellow continuous center line means that going over it to pass another running car is not allowed (going over it to pass a stopping car is allowed). (Where going over the center line to pass another running car, white dashed center line is painted.)

According to Google Street View, the center line was changed between2014 July and 2015 April. Since the road has parking spaces and a bus stop on each side, the police department thought it was not wide enough for white continuous center line.
