Too Many People Walking Here
This barrier was located near Keisei-bashi, a bridge at the east of Tokyo Sky Tree.
Though the tower is under construction, it already draws in many people. The problem is that the town is not ready for such many people. Cars had problem to go through the road at the bottom of the tower because of the crowd. They could not drive away people, because they did not want to lose the business chance. So, they decided to drive away cars.
The sign tells that “Since many people walk here, cars are not allowed to enter.”
