Unused Track in Tokyo Metro Sumiyoshi Station in 2019 August

This space is reserved for a branch line of Yurakucho Line between Toyosu and Sumiyoshi. But we are not certain if the plan will be realized or not. Koto Ward Office wants it, but Tokyo Metro is not positive.
