Bureau of Transportation Tokyo Metropolitan Government says Toei Shinjuku Line’s other cars are set to 25 degree Celsius. It is a little lower than Keio’s setting, 26 degree Celsius. Is the setting changed when a train goes to other company’s section with through-service? I do not know.
