Tokyu Setagaya Line 300 Series Streetcar near Kamimachi Station 4

This section has horizontal beams to suspend power lines. For the most part of the line, wires are used instead of the beams. (for example, “Tokyu Setagaya Line 300 Series Streetcar in Akatsutsumi”) I think the beams are required because there are three tracks here. The panel (the one with red “入”) above the track at the left track says it is a storage track.
