One week after I went toTokyo Bay Fireworks Event, I went to Futako-tamagawa Fireworks.
I took this picture at Seta intersection. This car was sent by police. The screen tells Fireworks event is going to be held today. The screen switches for every ten seconds, telling the information about the traffic restriction and so on.
