Empty Space along Tokyu Tamagawa Line Track and at the Northeastern End of Maruko-bashi in 2018 November

The site had been empty since Tokyu Swimming School Tamagawa moved in 2016. There was a plan to build a hospital, but there was no sign that construction would begin. Its part was assigned to parking space in 2018.
