Odakyu Romancecars VSE and MSE Passing Each Other near Yoyogi-hachiman Station

Odakyu timetable in 2018 tells that MSE, the blue train, was running as “Hakone 71.” Normally, romancecar with front observation deck (VSE or GSE or LSE) is assigned for it. It seems that the MSE was running instead of a VSE. A person jumped in front of the train on 2018 May 17th.
