Naka-no-bashi Crossing in 2018 November

The lower parts of those traffic signals were covered with yellow sheets. It seems that new arrow signal lights were added to the traffic signals. Google Street View photos taken in 2018 April show that the covered part did not exist. It is interesting that the yellow cover still exists in the photo taken in 2020 February.
