Track of Tokyo Monorail and ANA Blue Base under Construction
In 2018 July, ANA Blue Base, a new training center of All Nippon Airways, was under construction at the east of Haneda Airport. The facility opened in 2019 May. ANA announced it would become fully operational in 2020 June, but I am not sure if the schedule was delayed or not.
