Stained Glass Window at Haijima Station Concourse: Akishima City Side

Haijima station has two stained glass windows. They represent symbols of the two cities the station faces. Window for Akishima city represents a whale under Sun. A complete fossil whale was found there in 1961.

 

“Stained Glass in Haijima Station” shows a photo of the window taken from the other side of ticket gate. Window that represents Fussa City is shown in “Stained Glass Window at Haijima Station Concourse: Fussa City Side.”
