View of the Arakawa-Saiko Park from Musashino Line Train

Arakawa-Saiko Park is a part of a detention basin of the Arakawa River. The north end of the Lake Saiko was about 400m south, beyond those trees. But it is not visible in this photo. If you look at this photo closely, you will find the upper part of Sakitama-ohashi, the bridge across the lake near the bottom of the red and white power line tower.
