Shutoko No.1 Renewal Work at Higashi-shinagawa

Shutoko (metropolitan expressway) No.1 is being renewed in Higashi-shinagawa area. Taken on Oi-kita-futo-kyo bridge. The old expressway is not visible (well, it is captured beyond the fence at the lower left corner of this photo, but it is hard to notice) because it exists under the bridge.
