Nogizaka Rikkyo and Nogizaka Tunnel Eastern Entrance
This photo shows the view around the eastern entrance of Nogizaka Tunnel. Strictly speaking, the nearest part is not the tunnel, but an overpass in front of the entrance. So, the name plate at the center tells “Nogizaka Rikkyo (overpass)”, not “Nogizaka Tunnel.” The tunnel name plate exists by the stairs ahead of the yellow taxi, but it is too dark to read.
The traffic signal here is an irregular one (again). The green signal never lights. Only “red and left arrow” and “red and straight arrow” are used.
